Sales Taxes

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of California are not liable for sales tax.

Orders

All David Dan jewelry are handmade to order and may take 2-3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. If the product is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships. For rush orders, please contact us directly at contact@daviddanjewelry.com

Shipping & Taxes 

We currently ship worldwide for free on all online purchases.
Our deliveries are sent securely insured at their full value to protect your merchandise via a UPS , DHL or FedEx premium service and will require a signature on delivery.  Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of David Dan Jewelry.
We will not be responsible for any vat and or taxes and or customs duty and or surcharges imposed by the customer’s country. For further information, please consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence. In the event of a return or exchange, domestic taxes, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Return & Exchange

Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns on any item as all of our jewelry are handmade to order. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact us at contact@daviddanjewelry.com to discuss your particular situation. 

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer or different platform, and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original place of purchase. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from DAVID DAN INC.
